Terms and Conditions: Cairns Luxury Limousines

Terms & Conditions

Payment:

Cairns Luxury Limousines requires a deposit for forward bookings that exceed one hour in duration of $100 for the Chrysler 300c Super Stretch Limousine. Deposits are not refundable. Full payment must be made no later than 14 days before booking date. Cancellations less than 3 days prior to the booking date will result in the client being liable for the full contract amount.

To confirm a booking payment must be made via credit card or direct credit to a account nominated by Cairns Luxury Limousines, unless a prior arrangement is made with management.

Overtime Rates:

Should the booking exceed the nominated finish time. Overtime rates are calculated at the following: Super Stretch $75.00 per 15 minutes. Luxury Sedans $22.00 per 15 minutes

The extent of overtime will be at the discretion of the driver to ensure it does not conflict with other commitments.

Bookings between the times of 2400 to 0500 incur a 20% surcharge on the original booking fee.

Alcohol:

Patrons that are deemed to be unduly affected by alcohol, will be refused entry to the vehicle. This is entirely at the driver’s discretion

Patrons wanting to bring large amounts of alcohol into the vehicle will be refused.

Colored drinks may not be consumed inside the vehicle.

Vehicles:

We reserve the right to substitute a vehicle in case of an emergency

Stretch Limousines are limited access vehicles. Drivers reserve the right to deny any access to a venue that may put the vehicle or its patrons at risk.

Luggage:

Luggage capacity of the vehicles is restrictive.

A back-up vehicle can be supplied at extra cost.

We accept no responsibility for items lost, damaged or stolen within the vehicle.

We reserve the right to refuse the addition of personal decorations to the vehicle should the possibility of damage be present.

The client accepts full responsibility for any damage caused to the vehicle by any member of the traveling party.
